Everything the Group and its employees do reflects 2ride's dedication to ethical conduct and to social and environmental responsibility. Upholding the highest standards in this respect, the Group has established codes of conduct and guiding principles that shape the everyday behavior of its employees and all stakeholders.

Ethics charter

The 2Ride Group Ethics Charter sets out the Group's commitments on human rights, working conditions, business integrity, environment, product safety and community impact, applying across its 6 brands, 4 manufacturing sites and 90+ markets.

cODE of conducts

The Code of Conduct sets out 2ride's commitments to ethics and integrity, and to social and environmental responsibility. It points to the charters and internal policies developed on these topics, which together form the ethics framework guiding all of 2ride's actions and defining the rules every employee must follow in their day-to-day work.

Code of conduct for Business Partners

2ride places great importance on ensuring that its suppliers and business partners, as well as their subcontractors, share a common set of rules, practices and principles regarding ethics, social responsibility and environmental protection.Accordingly, each 2ride Group brand requires its suppliers and business partners to comply with the principles set out in the Supplier and Business Partner Code of Conduct, and to ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors do the same when carrying out activities on behalf of the Group.

Professional Alert Procedure

2ride encourages open communication with its employees and external partners ("stakeholders"): that's why the Group created the 2ride Alert Procedure, a confidential and secure online platform for reporting, in good faith, any breach of laws, regulations or internal conduct principles.
